After the government attempted to strike down the lawsuit filed by COMER (Committee On Monetary And Economic Reform) against the Bank of Canada. A judge ruled that the case can and will move forward in the federal justice system. Below is the announcement by Lawyer Rocco Galati.

He’s charging the City of Eugene $550.00 an hour. His law firm Harrag, Long Gary Rundick is the City attorney, Lane County D.A. and the University of Oregon too!!
Thank you for putting this up on your site. Quite impressed with the judges thinking. At least it is good news for a change. It is going to be a rough road though and there is going to be quite a few forks in the road along the way. But at least we can continue.
