Canada Has The Worst Stock Markets in G7 2013

Canada has the worst-performing stock markets of all the G7 industrialized economies this year, and a new analysis suggests that the country could see its markets lag for years to come.

Canada’s stock exchanges have seen an overall decline in value of 0.42 per cent since the start of the year, Bespoke Investments reports.

In U.S. dollar terms, Canada’s stock market has fallen some three per cent this year.

That’s a far cry from the markets next door in the U.S., which have seen their overall value jump 14.91 per cent, the investment analysis group said.

Canada’s markets have even lagged some countries now famous for their economic problems, like Greece and Spain.

Just as promised in previous article I told you we’d keep you updated. The man who got shot on June 7th 2013 is known as Steve Mesic, who has a child on the way with his wife that he left behind. While Warren, Rob and I were doing street activism and raising awareness downtown Hamilton about these issues, we sychronisitically ran into one of Steve’s friends who described Steve as a non violent person who never got into trouble with police. At the exact same time another of one Steve friends driving in vehicle stopped and told us Steve was one of the best guys in the world. From the sounds of it Steve was a good guy and it comes as a shock to the people that know him, that police would perceive him as a threat.

On the day of the shooting Steve just checked himself out of the hospital after voluntarily admitting himself for a 72 hour assessment. No known details as to what his problem was or how he was feeling when he left. He was found walking home on the highway which is unusual. The police were called because of complaint of Steve walking on the highway and shortly after he was shot dead.

In all fairness, in my opinion Steve was temporarily mentally ill, speculating he had some type of depression which could’ve been the reason why he checked himself into the hospital. Now I could be wrong but all there is left is speculation because no one from the family will talk. I only found his name out accidentally by running into his friends on the street.

Chief of Hamilton Police, Glenn De Caire, at a community meeting, stated that when dealing with mentally ill people police are trained to defuse the situation and to get the person the help they need. He also stated the police are only allowed to use lethal force in accordance with the Use Of Force Model. It seems like these officers did not exercise and execute the training they were taught. When I called De Caire up to confront and tell him he should hold the officers accountable for their actions, his secretary informed me that he went on a couple week vacation. Did he go on vacation to avoid people that would like to talk to him about this matter? Or maybe he’s on vacation spending $44,410 in donations from Enbridge Pipelines Inc. They say it’s for equipment but you never know, wouldn’t be hard to pocket a few thousand.

The officers names have not been released by Hamilton Police or the SIU and will only be released if they are convicted of a crime. If they are not convicted we will be left in the dark until someone exposes it.

This has got to end. Not all police officers are corrupt, power hungry and have psychopathic tendencies. But you’d be a fool to believe that there is no such thing as corrupt, power hungry psychopathic cops. They exist and they should be tried for their crimes like the rest of us. Proper filtration systems need to be put into the hiring process to prevent psychopaths from being hired onto police services.

Spy Agencies Are Targeting Canadians

OTTAWA—The Conservative government flatly denies Canadian spy agencies are conducting any unauthorized electronic snooping operations.

After facing questions from the NDP Opposition about how far he has authorized Ottawa’s top secret eavesdropping spy agency to go, a terse Conservative Defence Minister Peter MacKay left the Commons, telling the Star: “We don’t target Canadians, okay.”

A former Liberal solicitor general says that doesn’t mean other allied spy agencies don’t collect information on Canadians and share it with the Canadian spying establishment.

Liberal MP Wayne Easter, who was minister responsible for the spy agency CSIS in 2002-03, told the Star that in the post-9/11 era a decade ago it was common for Canada’s allies to pass on information about Canadians that they were authorized to gather but Ottawa wasn’t.

The practice was, in effect, a back-door way for sensitive national security information to be shared, not with the government, but Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSEC) and, if necessary, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS).

The CSEC, an agency that is rarely in the public eye, has far-reaching national security powers to monitor and map electronic communication signals around the globe.

It is forbidden by law to target or direct its spying on Canadians regardless of their location anywhere in the world, or at any person in Canada regardless of their nationality.

The National Defence Act says CSE may, however, unintentionally intercept Canadians’ communications, but must protect their privacy in the use and retention of such “intercepted information.” The agency’s “use” of the information is also restricted to cases where it is “essential to international affairs, defence or security.”

CSEC’s job is to aid federal law enforcement and security agencies, including the military, in highly sensitive operations. It was a key component of Canadian operations in Afghanistan, for example.

The ultra-secret agency was thrust into the spotlight Monday following last week’s reports the U.S. government operates a sweeping electronic monitoring program of all telecommunications in the U.S., and a Globe and Mail report Monday that CSE had briefly halted but renewed, under ministerial authorization, its own broad signals intelligence gathering activity that tracks “metadata.”

That means the who, where, and when of telecommunications exchanges, but not the what — the actual content of what is said or written.

MacKay assured the Commons the CSEC, which comes under the defence minister’s portfolio, is “very much directed at activities outside the country, foreign threats.”

Sukanya Pillay, the National Security Director with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, said news about the “mass grabs of information” raises concerns about whether the collection of such data bypasses Canadian privacy safeguards and leads to erroneous profiling.

“We are also concerned that information may be being shared among countries in a manner that provides the recipient country with information it could not itself lawfully have collected on its own citizens,” she said.

“Although we understand info sharing is a crucial aspect to counterterrorism it must be done in a manner compliant with Canadian Charter and international legal standards.”

Easter said that Canada’s foreign allies and their security agencies would scan global intelligence signals and would be “looking for key words on Canadians as well . . . and they’d give it to the Canadian agencies, yeah,” said Easter.

“That’s exactly what happens.”

Easter said the international arrangements did not allow for a broad targeting of, for example, a media reporter speaking to a confidential source, but would focus on specific activity of global concern such as “terrorism, crime or sex offenders.”

He has no doubt “things have changed” in both the spy business and the more sophisticated terrorist networks in the decade since 9/11, but Easter now thinks that, given the magnitude of security issues, it is more critical than ever to have “some kind of political oversight, beyond just the ministers.” He thinks the idea of a parliamentary oversight committee should be revisited.

Members would be sworn to secrecy but would provide a deeper measure of public confidence in the process, said Easter.

He added MacKay was once a proponent of such oversight when he studied the issue along with Easter on a past Commons committee looking at national security issues.

“There is a danger of using the guise of security to basically spy on your own for reasons other than security. I think there’s always a risk there. And governments nationally and internationally have to ensure they’ve got the balance.”

MacKay insisted Monday there is “rigorous oversight” of the agency’s activities through the CSE commissioner’s office. He cited the watchdog’s most recent report that CSE “activities were authorized and carried out in accordance with the law, ministerial requirements, and CSE’s policies and procedures.”

But it did little to quell opposition concerns and those of Canada’s federal privacy watchdog.

Privacy Commissioner Jennifer Stoddart’s office issued a statement Monday saying developments in the U.S. and here have raised “significant concerns” about the scope of information being collected.

Stoddart acknowledged that at this stage she, too, is at a loss to really know whether any lines have been crossed.

“Based on the limited information we have, it is difficult to assess the merit of the allegations and how American law may apply to the situation.”

Stoddart said that while there are clear privacy implications for such operations, it is also a highly specialized area that her office lacks expertise in.

“We plan to express our concerns to and seek information from the commissioner of the Communication Security Establishment to determine how the personal information of Canadians may be affected,” said a release from Stoddart’s office.

She said she will also connect with her international counterparts in data protection “who may share similar concerns about the personal information of their citizens to discuss combining fact finding efforts on this matter as appropriate.”

NDP critic Jack Harris called MacKay’s answers “obtuse.”

“I’m concerned about the same thing that everybody who knows about this is concerned about, whether it be in Britain or the U.S. or in Canada — what personal information about Canadians or citizens does the government collect, and is it appropriate they do that without the authority of the courts, through PRISM or on its own.”

“What are the directives? What information are they collecting? What are they doing with it?” asked Harris, saying Canadians’ privacy “shouldn’t be infringed upon without lawful authority.”

Bilderberg Group in Control of Bank of Canada [video]

Near the end of 2012 The Canadian Taxpayers Federation announced that Canada’s national debt hit $600 billion , an all time high and record in all of Canada’s financial history. Actually in mathematical factuality, our debt will continually increase and will never decrease because thats the way usury monetary mechanics works.

At the current rate, Canada’s national debt is rising by $74.6 million a day, or $863.27 every second.

That means you and nearly every other taxpayer in Canada owes $17,200 to private banks because they are the ones that created Canada’s currency out of thin air and lent it to us at compounded interest attached.

From 1938 until 1974 the national debt never rose above 18 billion a year, which was manageable. The Bank of Canada issued a large portion of these loans with little to no interest added. Meaning money was made out of thin air for the Canadian public to use for free for the use of commerce , build infrastructure and to put towards social programs..

The Bank of Canada is what got Canada out of the great depression. The Bank of Canada created money out of thin air and let it circulate in the economy with basically no debt attached at all. This made it possible for low taxation, people got more money for their labour and lived real debt free lives. Today is the exact opposite,

In 1974, Canadian members of the Bilderberg Group such as Pierre Trudeau and former Governor of the Bank of Canada Gerald Bouey changed the policies of the Bank of Canada that gave power to private banks to create our currency. Gerald Bouey member of David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission. Rockefeller is also a chairman of the Bilderberg group.

Since the changes have been made the Bilderberg Group has been in full control of Canada’s currency by allowing private banks to secretly control the Canadian’s national currency by issuance of credit. Hamilton Police Kill Person June 7/13 – SIU Investigating

Hamilton police shot and killed a man after a confrontation near the Upper Wentworth Street ramps to the Linc Friday morning.

Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit is probing the death, in which a man was shot several times by police.

The SIU has assigned a nine-person team to the investigation, including six investigators and three forensic specialists “to probe the circumstances of this incident,.” it said in a release.

A Hamilton police statement said officers were called to deal with a man wandering on the Linc just after 9:00 a.m. When police arrived, the man fled into a wooded area to the south of the intersection and officers followed. There was a confrontation that led to the SIU being called in.

In its release, the SIU says: “As a result of an ensuing interaction between police and the man, the man sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He has been pronounced deceased.

So it looks like another person shot and killed by the Hamilton Police. Although at this point in time from the above article we do not know the exact details of the incident such as if the person had any weapons or if the person was a danger and threat to the police.
The police are only allowed to use deadly force in certain situations as outlined in the chart below (click to enlarge):

So the question is, did these officers use deadly force when it was necessary? The report said the person was shot multiple times? What is this? A Boston Bombing suspect?

And why won’t the media report the exact details of the situation and the names of these officers and their badge numbers? In my opinion, if it’s a truthful incident then time wouldn’t be needed to prepare the story. If it was the other way around surely the names of the citizen shooters would’ve be reported.

The Special Investiations Unit (SIU) is investigating what happened.

The SIU is an agency that was supposedly formed by civilians that is responsible for investigating crimes involving police and civilians that have resulted in a death, serious injury, or allegations of sexual assault. Their goal is to ensure that the criminal law is applied appropriately to police conduct as determined through independent investigations which they hope will increase public confidence in the police agencies.

On the SIU website, the Director of the Unit, Ian Scott describes the SIU as “The… first of its kind in Canada and, Ontario remains one of the few places worldwide that has an independent civilian agency with the power to both investigate and charge police officers with a criminal offence. Since its inception in 1990, the SIU has taken great strides and as such has become a model of civilian oversight for other jurisdictions amid an international movement toward greater civilian accountability of police. ”

So essentially the SIU is an agency that basically “police the police” and charge police officers for crimes that they have committed against civilians.

I met a man named Rob Chinnery who revealed some interesting information to me about the SIU. Rob has conducted his own independent research into the SIU since his 19 year old son, Andreas Chinnery, was shot and killed by officer McNaughton of Hamilton Police, in a small apartment in the month February of 2011 in the east end of Hamilton near Barton St. E and Lottridge. Rob has had interactions first hand with the SIU when it came to dealings with the Unit investigating the officer who killed his son. Rob says the SIU has provided very little to no help for him and his family.

Rob gave me some statistics about the SIU. Just hearing the statistics makes the unit look fishy. First of all the SIU is indeed a civilian agency but 87% of the unit is admittedly former police officers!

In the past 20 years or so, since the creation of the SIU, there has only been 95 charges out of 3,400 cases when it comes to SIU investigating police officers in Ontario. Out of those 95 charges there was only 16 convictions and only 3 incarcerations of officers. So way less than 1% of police that allegedly commit crimes ever get convicted by the SIU.

So here’ my theory. We will never hear the cops names and those cops will continue to work and be out handling the public. I certainly hope more disclosure becomes of this story.

Royal Canadian MINT Chip Might Soon Replace Cash

The MINTChip is the digital currency prototype for Canada. It was announced around March of 2012 which can be loaded up with money, stored, and spent in store or online. They say they want the chip itself to be defined as or considered as money. The Royal Canadian MINT made a commercial challenging software programmers to develop an app for the MINTChip. The commercial portrays the vision they want for Canada, which is a completely cashless digitized economy. Click play on video below to watch the commercial that was made:

It is being implemented to incrementally fade out physical cash, coin & paper.

“I would look on it very much as an alternative, and hopefully a replacement, for physical cash,”

“What I’d like to do is do exactly the same thing electronically . . . I’d have my phone, you’d have your phone, we’d touch the phones together,” he said, adding it would also work remotely, through email or apps.”

Jan Hannemann is one of the programmers that entered the MINT Chip contest in 2012 and won the grand prize for ‘best overall application’. His idea was MintWallet, which makes virtual currency to be “like instant messaging for your wallet.” Using cloud technology and push notifications, users could use MintChips for payments, from garage sales to online purchases:

“After filling in payee and amount, the “money request” can be sent virtually or create a QR code, which can be scanned and used as a payment. Parking meters could use the system for payment, and it could be used between friends to divvy up restaurant bills, he said.

“Communicating with people, we use social networks, instant messaging,” he said. “The same can be true with money, using MintChip.”

Another idea aimed to be the “digital version of the cash register donation box.” Dickson Wong came in second for his Pennies A Day app, which donates to charity for each MintChip payment. The user selects the charity and the amount, as low as a penny.”

THEIR JUSTIFICATION FOR THE EXISTENCE OF THE MINT CHIP

Their excuse and justification of bringing in the MINTChip technology to the markets is the claim that printing coins are costing too much money and carrying around a bunch of change is really inconvenient. To me, in a way it sounds like history is repeating itself all over again:

The Merchant bankers telling everyone to deposit their gold and silver so they can carry around bills of exchange. Bankers and politicians then abolished the gold standard in the mid 1930′s which allowed banks to basically print money out of thin air. Now they are taking it even a step further by trying eliminating paper and coinage once and for all

Now it looks like they want people to be sick of carrying around chump change and legal tender in their wallets.

The Royal Canadian MINT stopped printing pennies and are now encouraging people to use MINTchip for purchases under ten dollars. So they’re trying to convince people just to use them for small purchases, a perfect incremental step to condition the masses to it’s presence.

CANADA TAKES AN UNPRECEDENTED STEP TOWARDS A CASHLESS SOCIETY

Over the years we have seen many people warning of the coming cashless society. Religious groups have been warning people about the “mark of the beast” for ages. It has always been something that was considered to be in the distant future, but not anymore!

BA International, a banknote company that printed Canada’s paper currency is located in Ottawa and is owned by a German company by the name of Giesecke & Devrient. They announced they stopped printing currency (including Canadian) as of January 1 2013. You read that right! Canada has not printed any paper currency since Jan 1 2013.

DANGERS OF MINT CHIP AND THE SMART GRID

Consultations are happening right now between the Royal Canadian MINT with merchants and financial institutions that support the MINT Chip idea.

According to an article from The Star, the Royal Canadian Mint has foreign coinage contracts with other countries. Coins have recently been made for Ethiopia, Panama, Uganda, Ghana and NewZealand.

The MINTChip has the potential to be sent to other countries. Is Canada a test ground for the global digitized economy?

The Smart Grid is being implemented in countries all around the world. A smart grid is essentially an electrical grid that uses information and communications “smart” technologies to gather and act on information, such as information about the behaviors of suppliers and consumers.

The Smart Grid uses the Smart Meter to collect electrical data from your home. The Smart Meter is able to know when you watch TV and will even be able to know what type of game systems you have. Smart appliances within the home will be able to communicate to the Smart Meter and send back information to the electrical company. C.I.A in the United States admit they will use the Smart Grid with the combination of Smart technologies to spy on the population.

Now and in the future the Smart Grid will essentially be an information gathering control system where “Smart Appliances” (such as smart tv’s that have built in cameras, smart phones, smart washers & dryers, smart fridges, DHS gunshot censors, smart cards and more!) will be hooked up to the Smart Grid. The Smart Grid will be also be a systematic spying device because all the CCTV facial recognition street cameras and intellistreet lights will be hooked up to it as well. Possibly even the announced 30,000 drones to be in American skies for 2020 might also be hooked up to the Smart Grid.

SmartGridNews.Com reported that: “The Smart Grid can be considered a “transactive” agent. That is, it will enable financial, informational, as well as “electrical” transactions among consumers, grid assets, and other authorized users. ”

Although they are actually talking about transactions of energy I construe this as even our electric transactions such as debit, will also be hooked up to the Smart Grid via “Smart (debit) cards“. This is where the MINT Chip comes into play.

Essentially in the future everything will be ran by smart technologies and the smart technologies will be hooked up to the smart grid. All transactions you do will be through your ‘smart phone’ or other smart technology.

Since the MINT Chip would actually be considered money, it would be in a different category than ever seen before.

“With MintChip, you could conceivably have that system running where not a soul involved has a bank account or a credit card. That’s the difference,”

So it seems like in the near future if the MINT chip is fully implemented banks and government will merge into one entity. The old saying goes “Mr. Bank and Mr. Government are brothers who have cleverly figured out how to control the world.” In the near future the “Bank of Government” will know exactly how much money you make, who you give money to, where you spent money, you will not be able to make money under the table, if you owe money to the government they automatically deduct it or if you protest what the government is doing they can turn off your chip.

Aaron Russo, the man who invented the thong, also was a film producer of “America’s Freedom To Facism” is a whistle blower who warned the public about information Rockefeller gave him. Aaron may his soul rest peace, warned the public how the new world order end game is to put RFID chips under human skin to be used for money and identification. IN CONCLUSION

In Canada IBM controls the Smart Grid . It just so happens that IBM also supports the idea of a cashless society, a few years before the MINTchip was publicly announced, IBM also released a commercial promoting cashless society. Click play on video below to watch the commercial:

The global elitists are hoping the general public buys into this. We have David Everett, expert hired years ago to work on the MINTChip stating he hopes to see MINTChip replace cash , then we have George Selgin, Professor at University of Georgia stating if one has the MINTChip, they technically do not need a bank account and finally then we have Aaron Russo stating that the end game for the one world government agenda is to convert all economies to electronic currency chip implanted under human skin. All three of these seem to coincide with each other and in my opinion I believe that RFID cashless chip implantation is indeed the agenda and anyone who has eyes to see will see it!

WHO ARE THE PEOPLE OF THE BILDERBERG GROUP?

If you don’t know by now, the Bilderberg Group or Bilderberg conference is an unofficial annual invitation-only conference of around 130 guests from all around the world from people of influence in the fields of business, media, energy, banking , politics and royalty. The meetings are all held behind closed doors and there isn’t any real public disclosure of what is spoken about during the meeting but whistle blowers have been leaking stuff to alternative media outlets for years. The decisions made at these meetings are not decisions that benefit the general public and often involve perpetuating the one world government agenda. The Bilderberg Group promotes one world government.

If you were a world leader that was collaborating with other world leaders around the world working to establish a one world government how would you do it? Well you’d have to make sure hundreds of politicians from federal and state/provincial are like minded and favor your agenda a long with CEOs of big business, CEOs of banks and CEOs of media are all key to further establish a one world government. Any person who has influence over society, you would want under your control.

The 61st Bilderberg meeting is set to take place from 6 pm – 9pm June 8 2013 in Hertfordshire, UK. A total of around 140 participants from 21 European and North American countries have confirmed their attendance. Some information was leaked to the Infowars crew and reported by Paul Joseph Watson, (on May 10th) suggest that there are more sinister topics and agendas that will be discussed at the Bilderberg meeting.

Some of the sinister things he mentioned that the Bilderbergers were going to talk about are:

threat caused to social stability and wealth. The elites are concerned about the riots that will happen globally to their engineered collapse.

Stephen Poloz New Governor Bank of Canada Will Follow Globalists Footsteps

Stephen Poloz will start his seven-year term as Governor of the Bank of Canada beginning June 3, as Mark Carney makes his way to become Governor of the Bank of England.

The Bilderberg Financial Enslavement Aspect of the Bank of Canada

Since 1974 private banks like CIBC, TD Bank, Scotia, RBC etc are the ones that have been secretly creating the Canadian’ economy’s currency and in recent times has had a banknote company called BA International to print the paper with the words “Bank of Canada” on it to give it the illusion that Bank of Canada printed it.

When they print this money, they don’t just print it and hand it to the economy to use for construction or reconstructions of Schools, Bridges, Hospitals, Community centers, or whatever else you can think of. No they print it, loan it to us expecting every dollar and cent to be repaid with compounded interest attached.

Let me explain it like this more thoroughly in case you don’t get it because it is a little hard to wrap your head around.

Interest – Money owed with a fee attached on top of the money owed

Compounded Interest – Interest (a fee) that is periodically added to the original money owed, resulting in a new balance of owed money, which then triggers a new interest assessment which results in having a fee on top of original money owed. Mathematically the debt can never be repaid with excessive and repetitive lending.

So the Committee on Monetary and Economic Reform (COMER for short) have filed lawsuit in the federal court against the Bank of Canada and Finance Minister for not properly using the Bank of Canada pursuant to the Bank of Canada Act. So restoring the Bank of Canada is not a conspiracy theory as claimed by Justin Trudeau.

Why hasn’t the media reported on this?

Why would Bilderberg members report on themselves? Peter Mansbridge and countless others in Canadian media have attended Bilderberg. So Bilderberg Group controls the media. Also former Governor of Bank of Canada, Mark Carney, is also a Bilderberg attendee, the CEOs of the private banks are Bilderberg attendees and so is Prime Minister, Stephen Harper.

COMER estimate that Canadians pay $170 million dollars a day to private banks to service only the interest on the loans. We don’t even pay any of the loan itself.

That’s why it’s no surprise that the Canadian Press just recently published an article stating that Canadian Bankers are the Highest-paid CEOs in North America.

We have been made financial slaves to the new world order.

Here is a quote from Mark Carney’s remarks on a Bank of Canada publication, titled:” Rebalancing the Global Economy.”

Also Mark Carney was the engineer of what happened in EU, Cyprus when people’s bank accounts got frozen.

And to finish this section off, in 1974 when the policies of the Bank of Canada were first changed, Pierre Trudeau was Prime Minister and Gerald Bouey was the Governor of the Bank of Canada . Pierre Trudeau was a Bilderberg attendee and Gerald Bouey was part of David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission. Rockefeller is a chairman of the Bilderberg group.

So Who Is This Stephen Poloz guy?

He headed Export Development Canada, a federal Crown Corporation and has been listed on World Economic Forum Annual Meeting .

So far I have not seen any ties to Bilderberg Group, but he was appointed by the Harper Governments Finance Minister Jim Flaherty, and we all know who the Harper government works for.

The question is, who will Poloz work for? The people or the global elites?
