Police State Reaction To The Boxing Day Shooting In Ottawa?

Boxing Day shoppers scrambled for safety as a shooter fired a single round in the outdoor area of an outlet mall in the national capital, sending one person to hospital with minor injuries in what police are treating as gang-related.

Police remain on the hunt for two suspects.

The targeted shooting shut down the mall on the busiest shopping day of the year.

The victim, who was shot in the foot, is known to police and was being unco-operative with officers. Two men who were taken into custody Friday by police were later released. Police said all three men are in their 20s.
