Activist Pulls Cop Over, Gives Him A Legal Lesson

Washington: Activist Gavin Seim, flag’s a Grant County deputy down. To issue a lesson in law and a verbal warning about the officers violation.

Under Washington State law RCW 46.08.065, no law enforcement officer is permitted to use an unmarked vehicle unless in accordance with undercover work.

Gavin Seim is a liberty activist and a former Washington state congressional candidate. Gavin’s website states:
