Canada’s Under a Scientific Dictatorship Shows Survey Taken by Scientists
by The Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada:
Most Federal Scientists Feel They Can’t Speak Out, Even If Public Health and Safety at Risk, Says New Survey
A major survey of federal government scientists commissioned by the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC), has found that 90% feel they are not allowed to speak freely to the media about the work they do and that, faced with a departmental decision that could harm public health, safety or the environment, nearly as many (86%) would face censure or retaliation for doing so.
The survey, the findings of which are included in a new report titled The Big Chill, is the first extensive effort to gauge the scale and impact of “muzzling” and political interference among federal scientists since the Harper government introduced communications policies requiring them to seek approval before being interviewed by journalists. Information Commissioner Suzanne Legault is currently conducting her own investigation of the policies, which have been widely criticized for silencing scientists, suppressing information critical or contradictory of government policy, and delaying timely, vital information to the media and public.
In particular, the survey also found that nearly one-quarter (24%) of respondents had been directly asked to exclude or alter information for non-scientific reasons and that over one-third (37%) had been prevented in the past five years from responding to questions from the public and media.
In addition, the survey found that nearly three out of every four federal scientists (74%) believe the sharing of scientific findings has become too restricted in the past five years and that nearly the same number (71%) believe political interference has compromised Canada’s ability to develop policy, law and programs based on scientific evidence. According to the survey, nearly half (48%) are aware of actual cases in which their department or agency suppressed information, leading to incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading impressions by the public, industry and/or other government officials.
“Federal scientists are facing a climate of fear,” says PIPSC president Gary Corbett, “– a chill brought on by government policies that serve no one’s interests, least of all those of the Canadian public. The safety of our food, air, water, of hundreds of consumer and industrial products, and our environment depends on the ability of federal scientists to provide complete, unbiased, timely and accurate information to Canadians. Current policies must change to ensure these objectives are met.”

Scientist in the month of September were protesting on Parliament Hill trying to raise awareness of their concerns about these issues and were largely ignored by government officials.
So what is a scientific dictatorship?
First we have to know what a dictator is, which is a ruler with total power over a country, typically one who has obtained control by force. So a scientific dictatorship would mean there is a force dictating and controlling scientific information. Pseudoscience and propaganda science are products of scientific dictatorship which are essentially lies perpetuated by the globalists to suppress scientific truths in order to full fill political agendas.
There was a time in 2011 when Terry and I wanted to go question Stephen Harper at the convention center in Hamilton ON. I remember RCMP officers guarding and blocking the entrance doors informing us that we had to be on a list to get in and all questions need to be pre approved by the Prime Minister before they could be asked. I later learned that’s because under the Conservative government public servants at every level are forbidden from talking with reporters unless their comments have been vetted by the PMO or the government’s sizeable cadre of communications minders. Slowly I see Canada slipping into a dictatorship.
In the report from PIPSC above, stated 90% of scientist that participated in the survey feel that they are not allowed to speak freely to the media about the work they do and stated that some feel the information being suppressed could endanger public and environmental safety. 24% of them said they were told to exclude information. 86% of them said they felt like they would be attacked if they did speak to the public and media about their work.
We live under a scientific dictatorship where the truths of science are suppressed and pseudoscience prevails . Many examples are:
- Truth about climate change, global warming hoax to bring in carbon tax
- Suppressed engines that can run off of other substances besides gasoline such as water (and other substances)
- The electric car was suppressed for a very long time
- Truth about pharmaceuticals and how they are bad for health
- Truth about fluoride
- Truth about organic fruits and vegetables
- Earthships: off the grid homes
- Nikola Tesla’s method of creating free electricity transported through the air
- Suppressed anti-gravity technologies, free energy
- Suppressed scientific discoveries about the human race, the earth and the cosmos.
- etc
If one has research skills they can find an abundant amount of information on the points above and can find even more examples.

We should add this to the list: Unemployment and Under-employment.
See my website at www.unempgeninfo.com Why are we allowing the constant carelessness involving accidental or deliberate mis-use of terms such as “…given up looking for work…” and “…have dropped out of the labour force…”? And why are we allowing constant under-statements of the problem which in turn are serving merely to hide from public view the potential size of improvement attainable and necessary in the performance of the Canadian economy? And don’t forget that tax revenues - for health care and so on - accruing to government, depend on the performance of the economy as a whole. One more reason, and a compelling one, for paying proper attention to what is going on and acting accordingly - instead of constantly trying to “..sweep it under the carpet…” and pretending that it doesn’t even exist.
