The BOC might find another company to contract it’s work out to because ‘you never know’ anything can happen. But if one pays attention to what is happening here in Canada it’s not hard to see and theorize what the currnecy agenda might be.
Maybe the Royal Canadian MINT will take over all money making powers with it’s new form of Canadian digital currency known as the MINT Chip. This is what ‘conspiracy theorist’ have been warning people about for years. If all money is digitalized that means the government and banks have full control which means they can deduct taxes and debt automatically without even having to inform the person. Also for those people who dissent to unlawful government actions then the government has the power to turn off the chip and those people will not be able to make an income.
We have been witnessing a trend over the last decade. Chipped debit cards and credit cards, and then with the “tap and go” technology. Canadians are embracing this move towards a cashless society, and the agenda is rapidly moving forward.
In June 2012, according to a PayPal Canada survey, “The majority of Canadians would be happy with a cash-free future using digital forms of payment instead of carrying currency.”
The Smart Phones will play a key role in the incremental step of social engineered conformed consent of converting the economy to digitalized currency.
