Let me start this article off by defining the word ‘tax’
There are two definitions that I would like to share from dictionary.com .
Tax:
1. a sum of money demanded by a government for its support or for specific facilities or services, levied upon incomes, property, sales, etc.
2. a burdensome charge, obligation, duty, or demand.
Notice how it is defined as ‘demanded by a government’ and a ‘burdensome charge’
Burdensome:
1. oppressively heavy; onerous.
2. stressing; troublesome.
So apparently by common english definition tax is defined as a sum of money demanded by a government that is oppressively heavy and it causes stress. Heck, to be honest that is a PERFECT definition, is it not?
Taxes in Canada- we are all forced to pay them one way or another whether if you are Native or non Native they will get you.
So what exactly are taxes for? Well most people would love to believe that it’s for health care and to better the economy, which virtually is true but only a small percentage of taxes actually goes towards the benefits of the taxpayers.
The Canadian government has cleverly figured out ways to social engineer our conformed consent. After all the Canadian tax system is based on voluntary compliance and without our consent those taxes could not and would not exist.

HISTORY
So let us take a look at a quick history of taxation in Canada going back before confederation up until Income Tax was created.
Before Confederacy: The colonial governments collected taxes and sent them to England and France. In 1650, Louis XIV of France imposed the first recorded tax in Canadian history. It was an export tax of 50% on beaver pelts and 10% on moose hides leaving his colonies.
In 1751: Nova Scotia, began taxing sugar, bricks, lumber, and billiard tables. By the next year, the Nova Scotia government imposed taxes on tea, coffee, and playing cards.
In 1867 - The British North America Act was passed, giving the newly formed Canadian government the power to raise money by taxation.
From 1867 to 1917 – The federal government placed taxes on liquor, beer, malt, cigarettes, cigars, and snuff. In 1870, the federal government raised existing taxes and imposed new import duties on vinegar, wheat, and grain.
August 4, 1914 - Britain declared war on Germany. As a former British colony, Canada instantly found itself in the Great War at Britain’s side. The pressures of financing World War I soon brought the major changes to the tax system.
In 1916 – The federal government got involved in direct taxation by starting a corporation tax known as the business profit war tax. It affected only corporations at the time if their profits were more than a certain percentage of their invested capital. This was the stepping stone in the creation of the Income Tax.
In 1917 - The federal government, led by Sir Robert L. Borden, introduced the Income War Tax Act. “I have placed no time limit upon this measure . . .a year or two after the war is over, the measure should be definitely reviewed.” Sir Thomas White, Minister of Finance re: The Income War Tax Act, 1917.
In July 1917, the federal government imposed a general tax on corporate and personal income.
Revenues from the tax were recorded in the 1916/17 fiscal years, and collected by the Commissioner of Taxation who was part of the Department of Finance.

______________
The year 1917 is basically the year that Income Tax came into existence.
On July 25, 1917 Sir Thomas White, finance minister tabled a resolution which called for income tax: 4% on all income of single men over $2,000. For others, the personal exemption was $3,000.
This was not supposed to outlast WW1 and the revenue created by the tax was strictly to fund the soldiers financial income and to be able to produce and supply war machines with their accessories.
Today when we pay our Income Tax we are literally funding terrorism, war and virtually our own enslavement because it is our money that pays the soldiers and police to do the government’s deeds. Income Tax does not go towards fixing roads, health care and any other thing that one would think it should go towards. Instead it goes right into the hands of the government and they use that money for their own political agenda’s.
INCOME TAX IS A FRAUD!
The Government of Canada has enslaved us by the birth certificate which creates the Canadian Citizenship. Please read previous article on the subject of birth certifcate enslavement.
It is the (BNA Act) Constitution Act of 1867 which enslaves us to pay income tax. If anyone has ever read that document it lists all the powers of federal and provincial governments. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms was not added to the Canadian constitution until 1982. The constitution is not meant to give us rights but gives the government power over every aspect of the people of Canada and converts our rights into privileges.
The Government of Canada justifies it’s forced taxation on income through section 91 paragraph 3 of the Constitution Act, 1867, which assigns to the federal Parliament power over “The raising of Money by any Mode or System of Taxation”.
Also section 92 paragraph 2 of the Constitution Act, 1867, which assigns to the legislature of each province the power of “Direct Taxation within the Province in order to the raising of a Revenue for Provincial Purposes”.
This means if you label yourself a Canadian Citizen, you call the Canadian constitution ‘your consitution’ , and use the birth certificate the government created (and SIN) then you are obliged to pay income tax because your constitution pretty much says you have to.
This is where the whole fraud comes in. If you label yourself a Canadian Citizen then you are technically labelling yourself a slave of the Government of Canada, no joke.
(For the record the Canadian constitution makes no mention of property rights, because as a Canadian you are not allowed to own property without having to pay extortion fees. That’s a form of slavery)
This is where one would have to learn the difference between common law and statutory law which has been spoken about in previous articles titled “How The Legal Name And SIN Card Has Enslaved You” and “Licencing Everything is Taking Away Your Freedom.”
Statutes and acts are only applicable to the birth certificate, they are not applicable to the human being. That is why the government is so fixed on raising patriotism so that we label ourselves Canadians and are part of their system which they control.
“I am confident, Mr. Chairman, that the people of Canada, whose PATRIOTISM during this war has been so often and so nobly proven, will, in light of present conditions, which call for it, cheerfully accept the burden and the sacrifice of this additional taxation. ”
~ Sir Thomas White, Minister of Finance brought in stepping stone to income tax
The war is over and it’s time to abolish this fraudulent tax! Imagine going to work and not have to pay income tax. Imagine how much more money you would have. Statistic Canada says we pay $170 million dollars a day to private banks. That’s about $65 billion a year that comes out of our pocket into theirs just because we call ourselves “Canadian”. If it’s going to be like that then I don’t even want to be called a Canadian. Call me divine creature in the dominion of earth.
The Income Tax is legal in Canada but is definitely not lawful.
Legal and Lawful are two different things.
For instance: it is illegal for me to park at that parking meter without paying it but it is not unlawful for me to do that. It’s not unlawful because I’m not hurting anyone by not paying it, it is our tax money that pays for the roads so why would we have to pay to park on them?
To be lawful means do not harm anyone, do not steal from anyone, do not infringe the rights and freedoms of others, do not commit fraud and keep all contacts in honor. That’s it. It seems like now a days most statutes and acts are unlawful because they infringe the rights and freedoms of others.
It is the legal system that enslaves us and it is the law that protects us. Yes it’s confusing but it’s true. They have conditioned us to think that everything that comes out of Parliament is ‘law’ and that we are obliged to obey. Why should we obey laws that do not benefit us in anyway?
Please visit DeTaxCanada.org to learn more about how income tax is fraudulent.
“If you are of slave/subservient status (birth certificate), it is LEGAL for them to tax your income because it is the harvesting of the fruits of the labor of owned slaves (income tax) under the property right of the slave owner. Government and incorporated Tax Collectors, both acting as agents for the corporate slave owner, SEE all humankind as being ‘owned slaves.”

I have 3 e-mail addys posted on my homepage.
And, for comments on this blog, I would add a reference to my sub-webpage: http://www.detaxcanada.org/fairshare.htm
It was originally from an American website that the US Government shut down on their usual trumped up charges of mail fraud, by one of their minions claiming that they paid for some advertised literature that was never delivered – that is why my website has never been commercial in any way.
I do not have his e-mail and if he wants to to give ‘me’ advice on something then in my opinion he should get a hold of me and not vise versa.
Thanks for the comment, constructive criticism and appreciation of the article.
Hey Frankie, I truly respect the fact that you plugged Eldons site.
He is one very intelligent man! You should e-mail him as he may have some advice as to how you write your articles on taxes and slavery .
Thanks for letting ‘some’ of the cats out of the bag though.
How can I know how the government is spending our tax dollars?
