Dr. Charles Perkin said that the Nazi’s added fluoride to water in the concentration camps to sterilize and “dull down” the mental state of the prisoners.
The following letter was received by the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Milwaukee Wisconsin, on 2 October 1954, from Mr. Charles Perkins, a chemist:
“I have your letter of September 29 asking for further documentation regarding a statement made in my book, The Truth About Water Fluoridation, to the effect that the idea of water fluoridation was brought to England from Russia by the Russian Communist Kreminoff. “In the 1930`s, Hitler and the German Nazi`s envisioned a world to be dominated and controlled by a Nazi philosophy of pan-Germanism. The German chemists worked out a very ingenious and far-reaching plan of mass-control which was submitted to and adopted by the German General Staff. This plan was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies. By this method they could control the population in whole areas, reduce population by water medication that would produce sterility in women, and so on. In this scheme of mass-control, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place. …
“Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual`s power to resist domination, by slowly poisoning and narcotizing a certain area of the brain, thus making him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him. [A convenient light lobotomy]
But this cannot be confirmed by any other source.
To answer the question of fluoride being used for eugenics programs, we do not have to look to Germany or Russia. The connection came right here in Canada.
Dr W.L. Hutton was the president of the Eugenics Board of Canada from 1930 – 1938. The Eugenics board of Canada played a pivotal role in the creation of Alberta’s forced sterilization laws which ran from the 1930′s until the 1970′s.
The eugenics board because it closed down due to bad publicity ( a young member publicily likened the board to the Nazi regime and public funding was pulled). Dr W.L Hutton immediately took the position of Health medical officer in the city of Brantford Ont. after the Eugenics board closing.
By 1945 Brantford became one of three test cities for water fluoridation, Dr. Hutton was still the head medical officer at the time. The other two cities where Grand rapids and Newberg. For the first three months of the Brantford trial, the population was not notified that the chemical had been added to their water. To quote “give it a fair trial”. This was a flagerant abuse of the basic human right’s of informed consent of a medical treament and the testing of chemicals on unknowing populations.
By 1955 the trials where hailed as a complete success. Citing declined tooth decay rates of 60%. But the brantford study which was said to be the most complete of the three did not analyse other variables. For instance, brantford had the most free dental services for children in Canada for a period of 15 years before the study and during.
As the city of Toronto began to implement water fluoridation, a case was filed in the supreme court of Canada (lawsuit info). In the text from the case, it is clearly stated that water fluoridation is a “compulsary preemptive medical treatment”. this ruling has never been appealed.
With the supreme court ruling the practice as a medical treatment, this once again should have enacted our basic human right of informed consent to a medical treatment.
In 1964 the Stanley Kubrick film “Dr. Strangelove” was released. In this film an insane American army General states that water fluoridation in a communist plot. This is something that people who are pro fluoridation with still cite to this very day, when calling anti fluoridation groups “Conspiracy theorists”.
Through out the 1960′s and 70′s the vast majority of europe banned the practice of water fluoridation, because of the flagrant abuses to peoples rights and the various side effects.

kidney and liver damage
calcifaction of the pineal gland
lowered immune system function
infertility
lowered IQ’s in children

In Fact Dr Dean Burke an American biochemist, a co-discoverer of biotin, medical researcher, and a cancer researcher at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute and the National Cancer Institute. was quoted “In point of fact, fluoride causes more human cancer death, and causes it faster than any other chemical.” Congressional Record 21 July 1976.
Regardless of this information, the CDC placed water fluoridation on to the list of the top 20 health achievements of the 20th century. With the majority of dentists in agreement. But what those dentists do not know is that it is not even sodium fluoride thst is being added to the water. In a large majority of the cases it is a chemical known as hydrofluorosilicic acid.
Hydrofluorosilicic acid is literally classified as a hazardous waster product produced by the phosphate fertilizer industry. This hazardous waste product has never received even one human safety study. I know, the professionals all state that study after study has been done. Those studies where conducted on sodium Fluoride. A different chemical.
Now if I was to start producing a product for sale in North America. Stated that it contained one chemical. That had the proper safety testing done. But then a few years later it was discovered that I had been putting a different chemical (that had no safety testing) into the product instead. I would be sued, charged, and sent to prison. But I guess politicians and medical organizations play by different rules.
As for the effectiveness of reduced tooth decay. The best studies all show that the reduction in fluoridated cities is extremely small, reduction of one cavity in a lifetime, at the very most. Thats right, we are putting all of these area’s of the body are put at risk., for a chance to stop on average one cavity per person over a lifetime.
This was illustrated at a city council meeting in Halton Ontario in 2012
In a city council meeting in Hamiton Ontario, the head medical officer for Health Canada, Dr Peter Cooney was caught in an all out lie. He stated that fluoride was not regulated under the food and drug act. (if it was it would require proper safety testing).
But after doing a little bit of searching. I found fluoride in the food and drugs act. Under a section called the list of “new drugs”. They define new drugs as:
“new drug” means
a drug that contains or consists of a substance, whether as an active or inactive ingredient, carrier, coating, excipient, menstruum or other component, that has not been sold as a drug in Canada for sufficient time and in sufficient quantity to establish in Canada the safety and effectiveness of that substance for use as a drug;
a drug that is a combination or two or more drugs, with or without other ingredients, and that has not been sold in that combination or in the proportion in which those drugs are combined in that drug, for sufficient time and sufficient quantity to establish in Canada the safety and effectiveness of that combination and proportion for use as a drug; or
a drug, with respect to which the manufacturer prescribes, recommends, proposes or claims a use as a drug, or a condition of use as a drug, including dosage, route of administration, or duration of action and that has not been sold for that use or condition of use in Canada, for sufficient time and in sufficient quantity to establish in Canada the safety and effectiveness of that use or condition of use of that drug.

They found a loop hole to regulate it, without having to do the required safety tests.
To sum everything up. Water fluoridation began under the direction of a eugenicist, has been ruled to be a medical treatment and is a violation to our right to informed consent, is a danger to our health, media politicians and bureaucrats are constantly lying about it, and this is all said to be in an effort to prevent one cavity in a lifetime (at the very most).
