But this story goes even deeper. In a story published by

It is stated that: “The Harper government has had a standing contract with the company since 2008.

It’s paid millions of dollars going back to 2006 for specialized training provided to special forces troops and some police officers.”

The private mercenary force, then known as Blackwater. Was made famous for the atrocities they committed in Iraq.

What is even more interesting with this development, is that this private mercanary force was training our military and police in the years prior to the Toronto G20 summit. Where Canada witnessed some of the worst violations of peoples rights, in our nations history.

All you have to do is watch the film by titled: Into The Fire. To see the onslaught of our rights that occurred that weekend.

Over the years our sovereignty and rights, have been slowly eroded, but this development is a prime example of what is going on behind the scenes. That the people do not learn about until after the fact.

When do we start realizing that our country is quickly descending into a banana republic, with a police state control system. Training police in a military style is a big indicator of this. But police and our national military not only being trained by a foreign force, but a private foreign military force. Should be sending chills down the spine of every Canadian!

Why am I surprised? In his 2007 book ” Blackwater ” Jeremy Scahill outlined in considerable detail the rise of this mercenary army, its formation. beliefs and the force it has become. The Harper governments blatant disregard for our country’s involvement in these kinds of activities without public input is typical of their perception of power.
