Have you ever wondered why is it necessary to have a birth certificate in this country and many other countries like Canada and the United States?
When you were born an event was registered onto a piece of paper, which your parent or parents signed with your name on it and signature of doctor. That is known as Live Birth Record. Out of that document the Government of Canada creates a birth certificate with your name in on it in all upper case letters.
The first time births were recorded was in England in the year 1837. In North America recording birth events and registering birth certificates did not happen until 1915 in the U.S and shortly after 1933 it become a known practice in Canada and the U.S. The truth behind birth certificates has two motives which was put into action specifically by President Woodrow Wilson (from 1913 – 1921), Edward Mandell House and the people they worked for:

1. NATIONAL DEBT:
Money being created by International Bankers out of thin air with compounded interest attached, lent to the governments has put countries all around the world into an engineered debt which was designed so that it could never be repaid (Take a look at the actions of Federal Reserve and the World Bank-the epicenter for lending money to countries this way.)
Because of this particular practice of money creation (known as Usury), Canada’s national debt stands at a whomping $581,645,000,000.00 and counting! (Click: Canada’s Debt Clock) This has happened because the Bank of Canada has contracted it’s work to foreign corporations who create money out of thin air and lend it to us which eventually we have to pay back with compounded interest attached. The debt can mathematically never be paid back the way this system of money creation is designed.
Because this debt is perpetually growing by the minute, the Government of Canada has put it’s citizens as collateral to these bankers and the birth certificates play a role in this; which will be explained later.
Before birth certificates existed, all births were written in a family book that was kept in the family home, and not put into some government database.
2. CREATION OF THE LEGAL FICTION:
Governments love to make law in their legislative buildings and force citizens to obey them.
Governments can not control free will human beings. In order to control humans, the humans have to first give some type of consent to give power to these governments, which is usually achieved by government population manipulation, they know people do not give up rights and freedoms willingly.
Have you ever wondered why your name is all capital letters when you get mail sent to you for Bills or from banks and government corporations?
On the birth certificate it shows:

- your name
- the day you were born
- the place you were born
- the date of the creation of the Birth Certificate
- the date it was issued to you (which is usually the age of 5 because of school)
- certificate number
- gender
- registration number
- province
- government stamp with words written underneath: ‘certificate extract from registration’

- alpha numerical digits in red colour; some say it’s a bond number, I am not sure,
Lets look at the similarities between warehouse receipts and birth certificates
- both document that date of issue
- serial number and/or certificate number
- registration numbers
- a description of the product/ or names
- and a signature of an authorize informative to notify the proper government agency which is the Registrar General Judith M Harthman
I think it’s pretty far to say that the Government of Canada looks at it’s citizen’s as commercial products.
Just take a look at the Vital Statistics Act Section 1: …“birth” means the complete expulsion or extraction from its mother, irrespective of the duration of pregnancy, of a product of conception…
So why do we have to do this? Well apparently it’s because Parliament says we have to do it pursuant to the Vital Statistics Act which governs rules and regulations of recording names, births and other administrative legal mombo jumbo,
The Birth Certificate is a document which is used to create other types of ‘government’ identification like health cards, driver’s licence, SIN card etc. Without the Birth Certificate those other things couldn’t exist in the realm of the Government of Canada’s rules and regulations.
People are persuaded to believe that they are these pieces of paper and plastic, to me this is outrageously silly! The government has manipulated generations of people convincing them that they are the Birth Certificate and they are the plastic identification. In factual truth the birth certificate and other identifications are nothing more than legal fictions, created by the government.
The citizens do not own this small piece of paper. The Government of Canada owns it, hence why it is stamped. A government corporation known as The Canadian Bank Note Company actually produces it.

All humans are deceived to believe that the name they see on the birth certificate is actually them. This is name is nothing more than a fiction that has been created to enslave humans. The birth certificate is actual property of the Crown. It is used to offer citizens as chattel in bankruptcy to the Rothschilds Banking.
When people represent their legal name (in all capital letters) they are obliged to follow all statutes and acts passed in Parliament. If you ever read Canadian law (statutory law) when it refers to people they usually use the word person or subject. When they mean ‘person’ they are referring to the birth certificate or identification, which is otherwise known as a legal name or legal person.

Natural Person – natural person is a real human being, as opposed to a legal person, which may be a corporation or state.

In legal terms you are a natural person and the birth certificate and other identification like SIN card is a legal person. So when you represent the name in all capital letters you are acting as a legal person, which is what ‘person’ means in all statutes and acts (laws) passed by parliament.
Let me put it this way. You are not obliged to obey any laws passed by Parliament, those laws are only applicable to the Birth Certificate and Government I.D’s. But of course you have to obey the common law, which is basically do not hurt anyone, do not steal from anybody, do not commit fraud to anyone and do not vandalize. Just respect existence and the well being of others. Research common law and inalienable rights.
The SIN card was created from the birth certificate and in fact makes you an employee of the federal government.
The Government of Canada is nothing more than a corporation that has corporate policies that are enforced upon their employee’s. By you having a SIN card is in factual truth making you an angent of the Government. If you are not an agent of the corporation known as the Government of Canada than you don’t have to follow their outragoues unconstitutional totaltarian rules.
Let me put it this way, Walmart has corporate policies, rules and regulations for it’s employee’s. If someone from Walmart came up to you in the street and said “hey your not allowed to where shoes!” You reply, “Why not?!” They reply, “because Walmart policy says so.” Then you simply reply “what ever dude, I am not in Walmart.” Take that analogy when you are compiling this stuff in your head.
Why do you think cops always ask for I.D right away? It is so they can find the legal person/legal name to enforce the policies of Government of Canada. Police used to be called Peace Officers, now they are called Police Officers? …Policy Officers…
In conclusion, this article is just raising awareness in the truth. This is the simple truth. Accept it or reject it.
