Dr. Lock was in family practice for many years and does not hold much expertise in this issue.

Up when we had our fluoride fight in Thunder Bay, I asked Dr. Ira Kirschen (the president of the ontario dental assoc at the time) a specific question that he could not answer: What is the specific chemical that would be put into the water. He tried to answer the question 3 times at the podium, until his handler came and told him to say that it will “be answered at the city council meeting that night”. He then came up to me after and gave me another run-around answer. And he never answered it at city council meeting either.
That meeting went until 2:45 in the AM. There was deputation after deputation but WE THE ANTI FLUORIDE PEOPLE WON in the end. It is key to get on your councillor’s butts and talk with them. I was impressed about how informed some of them were.
And the answer I was looking for Ira.. hydrofluorosilicic acid!
The best way to proceed is to make a complaint to the CPSO (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario) respecting the medical misconduct of Dr. Lock.
